1. Put on the posture corrector like putting on a backpack, one shoulder at a time.
2. Tilt your shoulders back slightly, grab both straps and adjust the length to your dimensions.
3. Tighten straps. Bring both straps through under your arms, pull your shoulders back and adjust the tightness making sure it’s comfortable.
4. Stick the straps on Velcro for support and comfortable fit.
