5 weeks challenge


Week 1 and 2

Adaptation period – the first couple of days wear it only for 15-25 minutes. After this add 20 minutes every day. If you experience slight discomfort IT’S OK, it only means that the corrector is working. BEWARE, if you don’t feel any discomfort you are not using it right, adjust accordingly.

Week 3 and 4

Adjustment period – avoid over tightening the straps, because it will cause excessive tension. Use it at least 1 -2 hours every day. Use it when you stay in front of a computer, walk, run…

Week 5

Readjusting period – your back and shoulders will slowly readjust to a correct postural position. BEWARE, do not go back to a bad position!

How to use it

1. Put on the posture corrector like putting on a backpack, one shoulder at a time.

2. Tilt your shoulders back slightly, grab both straps and adjust the length to your dimensions.

3. ​​​​​​​Tighten straps. Bring both straps through under your arms, pull your shoulders back and adjust the tightness making sure it’s comfortable.

4. Stick the straps on Velcro for support and comfortable fit.
